SPARQ Speed Hurdles (set of 6)

Inspired from the design of bows and tactical slings, the SPARQ Speed Hurdle's innovative design solves the issue of tangled hurdles, transport and storage, while also providing the coach or athlete with two sizes that can be quickly set to 6" or 12". Can be used for numerous drills including lateral side step drills with high knees as well as jump and cut drills. A great tool to be used for the coach or the athlete in the backyard to increase speed, power and agility for all sports. Collapses flat for easy transport and storage. Storage ring for hanging hurdles flat. Durable, lightweight ABS base provides stability for use in drills. Durable webbing adds safe hurdle cross bar. SPARQ Speed Ladder (6-Rung)

Inspired from a foldable walking stick, the SPARQ Speed Ladder incorporates slightly more structure so that it can be quickly unfolded for use and folded up for storage. The structure also helps in it's stability during use so that the rungs remain evenly spaced even when hit or stepped on by an athlete. One of the most effective tools for simultaneously improving foot speed agility, coordination, and balance. A great tool to be used by athletes in any sport to work on change of direction and quickness. Polypropylene inserts inside webbing runners keep the rungs evenly spaced during use, reducing time spent resetting the ladder between drills. Two ladders can be easily hooked together with our VELCRO® brand fastener free lock tab connection system. Shatterproof rigid rungs always lay flat. Convenient carry bag with a drawstring. Sold exclusively as SPARQ's gift to the customer with their purchase of the SPARQ Development System, it is designed to accommodate all of the equipment sold as part of the SPARQ Development System. The small SPARQ Speed Bag is made from breathable 50% polyester/50% nylon mesh. Padded and adjustable shoulder straps attach directly to a large back stability panel creating an ideal carrying system.
